1. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
DropChats strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any images, videos, audio recordings, text, or other content that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Grooming: Any communication, solicitation, or engagement with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
- Sexual Harassment of Minors: Any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other sexually inappropriate behavior directed toward minors.
- Human Trafficking & Exploitation: Any form of child trafficking, forced labor, or other forms of exploitation.
- Encouragement or Promotion of CSAE: Any attempt to advocate, justify, or normalize CSAE-related activities.
2. MANDATORY REPORTING & COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT
DropChats is committed to proactively identifying, removing, and reporting CSAE-related content and activity. We will:
- Report Violations: Any suspected CSAE-related content or activity will be reported to law enforcement agencies, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and other relevant authorities.
- Cooperate Fully: We will provide full cooperation to law enforcement and child protection organizations in investigations involving CSAE violations.
- User Data Disclosure: If required by law, DropChats may disclose relevant user data to assist in CSAE investigations.
3. PROACTIVE DETECTION & MONITORING
To protect children from exploitation, DropChats employs various proactive monitoring and detection measures, including:
- Automated Scanning: We use AI-powered tools and industry databases (such as PhotoDNA) to detect and flag known CSAM.
- Human Moderation: Our content moderation team actively reviews reports and investigates suspicious activities.
- User Reporting Tools: Users can report CSAE-related content using the “Report” button or by contacting contact@dropchats.com.
- Content Takedown: Any CSAE-related content will be immediately removed, and the associated account will be subject to enforcement actions.
4. STRICT ENFORCEMENT & ACCOUNT PENALTIES
Any user found violating our CSAE policy will face severe and immediate consequences, including:
- Permanent Account Ban: Users involved in CSAE activities will be permanently banned from DropChats.
- Legal Action: We will take appropriate legal action against violators, including reporting to law enforcement.
- Content Removal: All CSAE-related content will be deleted from our platform and reported accordingly.
5. PROTECTING MINORS ON DROPCHATS
To safeguard minors on our platform, we implement:
- Age Verification: Users must be at least 13 years old to use DropChats, with parental consent required for minors under 18.
- Restricted Content Access: Certain features may be age-restricted to prevent exposure to inappropriate content.
- Educational Resources: We provide guidance to users and parents on how to recognize, prevent, and report CSAE-related issues.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITY & REPORTING CSAE
